LONGBOARD voyage et s’installe n’importe où. Un batteur qui joue de la guitare et bidouille des samplers, deux saxophonistes qui passent des clarinettes aux claviers, trois compositeurs qui font s’entrechoquer leurs mondes musicaux : sur scène, le son du groupe est en perpétuelle mutation, et le jeu s’adapte sans cesse aux terrains qu’il épouse.
Plaisirs de la glisse, fluidité. Mais aussi de la vitesse et de la prise de risque. On passe en un instant d’un punk urbain à une love song, d’un film noir de Yakuzas à un documentaire sur le monde aquatique : relaxez-vous, ce sont les joies nomades. On monte dans le van, on écoute par la fenêtre, et, déjà, on est ailleurs.

LONGBOARD travels and settles anywhere. A drummer who plays the guitar and tinkers with samplers, two saxophonists who move from clarinets to keyboards, three composers who bang their musical worlds: on stage, the sound of the band is constantly changing, and their playing constantly adapting to the route taken. Pleasures of gliding, fluidity. But also speed and risk taking.
From an urban punk to a love song, from a black film of Yakuzas to a documentary on the aquatic world: relax, these are the nomadic joys. We ride the van, we listen through the window, and already we are elsewhere.
